It was snowy. It was slushy. It was so much fun! The 1st annual BEAVER VALLEY x VANS MINI PIPE JAM!
Over 90 participants, from first time pipe riders as young as 4, to OG legends, to rad dads and moms, to next gen provincial team rippers, hiked the pipe together and cheered each other on!
The day kicked off with a morning of free coaching courtesy of Pipe Olympians

The 35 camp participants were treated to a free hot dog BBQ at the bottom of the pipe!

Awesome to see Don Harris who was responsible for developing the Beaver Valley Mini Pipe back in the day with Caleb Bosse and Steve Jarrett, there watching his 5 grand kids shred it all day long. Eight yr old Stan Harris and 10 yr old Guy Harris were recognized with the Vans Groms “Send It” and “Style Matters” Awards, respectively! Ten yr old Elodie Benoit grabbed the “Most Improved” award!
In the Open Jam, Jon Roth took the “Best Trick”. James Hyland grabbed “Style Matters”; Dan Robinson “Send It”; and Grayden Young the “Honourable Mention - Most Stoked” award!
