Cry like a man...
New set alert, probably one of the best I have ever played 🌅
Were you there?
One month later and I still feel it in my veins...
Imagine this:
Sunset.
An open desert. The kind of dancefloor that makes you do what you do, not a single cellphone in sight.
Breeze moving through the crowd. And above us — red, white, and golden velvet stretching across the sky as the sun was setting.
When I got to the stage and got ready, I realised that my opening track, literally the only thing I had planned for this set, was missing...
F**k it. New plan. Improvising from A-Z...
Owning it, looking into the eyes of the people dancing in front of me, smiling, laughing, dancing together.
At one point I looked up and saw a carpet of people, stretching as far as the eyes can see. Such a beautiful sight.
Feelings, vibrant feelings, such an unbelivable experience, the dancefloor feeling like a brand new being, men, women, so many different people yet we all have one single heart, moving together, breathing together.
Suddenly it was a bit too much for to hold onside, everything was so intense, in the best way possible, but intense. And then it happened, I mixed in a beautiful edit for Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata and immediately broke into tears. I think I was sobbing for a good couple of minutes, not trying to hold it in, just letting myself discharge the energies roaming my body.
Playing there was one of the strongest experiences I have ever had in my short carrer, I hope there are many moments like this on their way.
Thank you
@maayan.rahamim @ronrambell for creating this magic. It was an epic event.
A huge thanks to each and every one of you who was there to share these beautiful moments.
We dance together, we heal together, we grow together 🌀
