THE MIKE-BAMILOYES✨ DOGGED || FAITHFUL || ZEALOUS In trying to caption this post, too many scriptures were 'jumping' at me, I mean, the MIKE BAMILOYE clan are literally models for what a Christian home should look like. In a world where many folks put up 'acts', just to be perceived in a certain way, I've met few people, that truly live just the way the scripture instructs, and that are 'inside', who they are 'outside'. ‭Psalm 112:1-2 Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, That delighteth greatly in his commandments. His seed shall be mighty upon earth: The generation of the upright shall be blessed. The scripture above is obviously the reality of the Mike-Bamiloye clan. Indeed, mighty upon the earth. Time will fail me to speak about their exploits in their different endeavours. Personally, I love daddy's doggedness in following the Lord, and in focusing on him alone. A life of total dependence on Jesus. It's a life that follows God at every point in time, till promises become performances. Thank you for loving us the way you do, daddy, and for showing us that all things are possible to him that believes. Indeed, your seeds are mighty upon the earth. M O T H E R H O O D❤️ Motherhood is a profound mystery. One of the clearest revelations of the power, might, and intelligence of God. How do you explain that a living soul comes out of another living soul… one who, in many ways, walks through the valley of death to bring life forth? God is powerful. And sometimes, the only appropriate response is to be still, and meditate on His goodness and greatness. By upbringing, I have always respected and honored women. But in 2020, during the lockdown, I witnessed firsthand one of the superpowers God has given to them. One thing led to another, and I found myself standing in a labor room, experiencing a delivery for the first time in my life. In that moment, chills ran through my entire body. I broke down in tears, simply watching life unfold before my eyes. From conception, through the first trimester, all the way to the day of delivery, God truly walked with @ruby_kolade , and @genjoshua is such a good man. Some days, she had the strength to give; other days, she needed space to just be. But through it all, God remained faithful. I’ve had the privilege of being in a few of Paul’s live recordings, and by reason of relationship, I’ve also listened to some of his releases before they ever came out. But for some reason, Reckless Lover stands tall in my heart. On the day of the recording, everything around us pointed in one direction: “Postpone this.” But I’m grateful Paul insisted and stayed the course. Because what was captured that day… was more than a song.It is a revelation of the Father’s love. Such constant, unwavering and present love. Not a love that shows up only in our high moments, but one that remains through every season, like a parasitic friend. He is a faithful Father. WHAT A FATHER. I had such an amazing time photographing these images for the design.
