I’ve had the privilege of being in a few of Paul’s live recordings, and by reason of relationship, I’ve also listened to some of his releases before they ever came out.
But for some reason, Reckless Lover stands tall in my heart.
On the day of the recording, everything around us pointed in one direction: “Postpone this.”
But I’m grateful Paul insisted and stayed the course.
Because what was captured that day… was more than a song.It is a revelation of the Father’s love. Such constant, unwavering and present love.
Not a love that shows up only in our high moments, but one that remains through every season, like a parasitic friend. He is a faithful Father.
