‘This has been a mammoth 5 year project and we can’t wait for all to experience it.
Imagine 80 illuminated Hills-Hoists, each one a musician.
Together, they perform a beautiful composition by Nainita Desai — a symphony of light and sound you can walk right into.
This is the second installation in the series, following Trail of Light on Lock Island in Mildura. Now FOSO brings the magic to the meeting point of the Darling and Murray Rivers — one of Australia’s most iconic natural confluences.’

FOSO – Before the lights turned on.
The final hours on site before the Bruce Munro designed light installation was turned on.
It was a pleasure to work with and deliver this special project for Wentworth Shire Council.

St Margaret’s Berwick Grammar Library
A restoration and adaptive reimagining of a late 70s educational wing, the Contemporary Library transforms five compartmentalized rooms into a singular, university-style hub. This renovation of responds to the site’s heritage, stitching a modern “Curiosity Centre” into the existing brick fabric with a balance of technical acoustic rigor and architectural whimsy.
