Today marks the anniversary of a 2 decade journey working with @paulainsw6rth@emmaainsw6rth@no6padstow and now the Ainsworth Collection as Group Culinary Director. I’ve travelled the world, worked with and also met incredible people along the way and made friends for life. I’ve learnt everyday and experienced some incredible highs and success along the way and embraced the lows which have made me more resilient and stronger “A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor”. Exactly six years ago today at 12 PM, we flung open the doors of the @marinersinrock for the very first time. We’d spent the morning preparing for the launch, not knowing what to expect and just moments before, we looked over the balcony to see a queue around the corner!
Just as we were about to open the doors, L-O-V-E by Al Green came on and it’s a moment I’ll never forget.
What an incredible and extraordinary journey it’s been since then. This place, the people, the team, all of it never ceases to amaze me. Here’s to many more!
