It all started with the founder of Bear Mountain Capital collecting a painting of mine at the old Neptune Coffee in Greenwood many years ago. Flash forward and Joe is now opening a beautiful new office in downtown Seattle and where I got a chance to paint him a mural for his conference room. So grateful for this opportunity to reconnect!
I realized I didn't post the final pics for this recent interior office mural. The hallway makes it a bit tough to see, so I added a section-by-section pics here to get the full view. I named this one "Beneath the Veil" and it's inspired by San Francisco, named after St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals and the environment and carries a legacy of deep connection to nature. The mural honors this spirit, capturing the way the city and its wild inhabitants emerge, adapt, and thrive within an ever-changing landscape.
"The Observer" keeps a safe distance from the drama while still wanting all the updates. Equal parts curious and cautious, this little bird is basically the wildlife version of someone reading the group chat without responding.

"Sprit Weaver" is 36 x 24 inches, Oil on Canvas. The piece is inspired by the idea of the owl as a spirit guide, one that sees in the dark and moves through what’s hidden.
