A really fun comedy project I worked on recently, With some comedy legends I watched and admired as an Actor in training years ago. Audition came in, They asked for a self Tape, 2 little scenes. But, because I knew i had more to offer the character than what that tape would allow me to show… I filmed and sent a mini “mocumentary” short film as the character. Now please, I don’t recommend doing this for every audition obvs-Casting directors would kill me 😂😂, but the point i’m making is, if you can add that “Bit of you” to what you are doing, you can really stand out. Even if its the odd line, Idea or slight Improvisation around the text. Just use sparingly and when it really matters. Know the rules, but be willing (and brave enough) to break them occasionally ❤️🙏 check out my coaching site for actors

These past few days witnessing the return of my favourite band, Oasis- have been a rollercoaster. What people forget is it’s not just a reunion- it’s not just a band…it’s the POWER of music, and what it means to people.
This band have been the centre of my life since 1994- their music has quite literally been the soundtrack to my life. The amazing highs, the devastating lows. The laughs, the smiles and the heavy grief that life can bring. Experiencing new stages of life, and saying final farewells.
Wether you are a fan or not, these two coming together again, is special. Ive been lucky enough to see Oasis 6 times over the years ( Heaton park will be 7th) but never dreamt it would happen again. I’ve Seen Liam and noel both solo, really great…but not this- this is magic! Its chemistry, its energy, its life.
The greatest rock n roll band in the world are back. And sounding better than ever!!
Buzzing for generations old and young to come together for this celebration- it will be magical. And most importantly-Two brothers coming together again.
I was 16 when first watched them live. Right at the front Bouncing up and down with my mate in manchester, not a care in the world- anything felt possible.
I am now 43 and will be watching from the back with a beer and my beautiful lady @88kirstyjane …most likely crying tears of joy and thinking…
