Siguiendo las anteriores publicaciones de terror cósmico, en esta ocasión les traigo varias novelas de contemporáneas que han sido reseñadas aquí y pueden encontrar en mi blog.
Todas son novelas muy interesantes, con perspectivas distintas, de diversos autores y editoriales distintas, así que les recomiendo mucho que escojan cual es la que más le atrae o me comenten alguna de estas que leyeron, como fue su experiencia y compartan su opinión.
En mi caso me encuentro leyendo otras antologías de @johnlanganwriter como de @lairdbarron
La calificación que ubico es en referencia mi gusto, para gustos y colores cada quien tiene su opinión, considero que todas son aportes interesantes del terror cósmico y harían que Lovecraft estuviera orgulloso.
Mis favoritas son El Pescador y Espacio Negativo, dos novelas que son toda una experiencia y nos brinda un contexto interesante de como se maneja el terror cósmico en la actualidad.
Espero esté post sea de su agrado, si desean leer algo similar en mi historia destacada "Terror Cósmico" encontrarán reseñas y recomendaciones, también estaré por subir sobre comics, mangas y más libros contemporáneos como lecturas antiguas que abordan o rozan el terror cósmico.

Y nos encontramos de nuevo con recomendaciones de terror cósmico pero en esta ocasión traídas por @labibliotecadecarfax una de mis editoriales favoritas.
Fuera de la gran calidad de autores que posee esta editorial también está el precioso trabajo realizado por @rafaelmartinc con unas portadas que sin saber la historia me hacen querer comprarlas, colores preciosos y oscuros, un arte majestuoso y digno de colección.
También quiero denotar el trabajo en la traducción de @pramireztello y @fraucouteau quienes con su comprometido trabajo nos brinda ediciones íntegras y de calidad.
Un recurrente de esta editorial es @johnlanganwriter un autor que me encanta y seguiré incursionando en su narrativa, espero que sigan editando novelas suyas.
A su vez espero que se considere incluir más novelas de Pugmire, un autor de terror cósmico que me encantó la forma en la que sus historias rozan lo poético, trágico y como existe una belleza oscura en ellas.
Del resto de autores tengo buenas referencias y están en mi lista de pendientes, iré intercalando mis prioridades acorde avance mis lecturas, pero espero poder al menos al año leer un libro de Carfax.
Si están en Ecuador 🇪🇨 pueden adquirir estos libros gracias @libroselamawta quienes hacen envíos hacia todo el país.
Pdt: El Pescador es mi libro favorito de terror cósmico así que no pierdan la oportunidad de darle una lectura, es una experiencia que no se van arrepentir e incluso les expandirá la perspectiva hacia nuevas historias de terror.

🩸 Meet John Langan at My Bloody Valentine!
John Langan is the author of the novels The Fisherman and House of Windows, along with the acclaimed story collections The Wide, Carnivorous Sky and Other Monstrous Geographies and Mr. Gaunt and Other Uneasy Encounters. His work blends literary depth with cosmic and psychological horror, creating stories that are as thoughtful as they are unsettling.
He co-edited Creatures: Thirty Years of Monsters with Paul Tremblay and is one of the founders of the Shirley Jackson Awards. John also reviews horror and dark fantasy for Locus magazine.
He lives in New York’s Hudson Valley with his wife, younger son, and many, many animals. When he’s not writing or teaching at SUNY New Paltz, he’s working toward his black belt in Tang Soo Do.
