JYP is a house music enthusiast based in Seoul, South Korea.
Since the mid-2000s, he has been deeply connected to house music and house dance culture through clubs and dance events. While working professionally as an engineer, his weekends are often spent at local music venues, and when time allows, he travels abroad to attend house music festivals such as Suncebeat and Southport Weekender.
His sound is strongly influenced by Chicago producers including Ron Trent, Anthony Nicholson, and Glenn Underground.
