I stopped by @eiderdownrecords HQ the other day and picked up some more copies of Rain Country. Moose says this is an album he can really sink his teeth into.

We are bummed. Massive late winter storm made for sketchy road conditions over the mountain pass to Central WA. We’re working to reschedule with @punchgallery in the fall.

I wanted to take a moment to give thanks to perhaps my biggest inspiration behind the Evergreen series, @matthewhiram . This music has been a real gift over the years. It has helped calm my mind during some stressful times and help me refocus on what’s really important in my life. It also was a driving force behind trying to expand my own musical toolkit. Matthew also runs a really fine label @lightenupsounds and was the first person to reach out about releasing my music. Forever grateful for the support and sounds they are putting out into the universe.
Evergreen I: Golden Sedum, the first in a series of music recorded with living plants is now available for digital preorder or limited edition cassette (25 copies) on Bandcamp. There is a bonus track that can only be heard on Side B of the tape or if you purchase a digital copy. The full album will be released on Earth Day 4/22.
My intent with this music is to invite you to engage as deeply or as lightly as you wish. Let the mind wander and rest where it will. Above all, it is a gentle reminder to listen to the natural world around us.
