When you say “Winter❄️ in Canada🇨🇦” mountain biking is usually not the first thing that you’d think of!🚵🏼🥶

North Shore is such a special place and winter riding can treat you with mind blowing moody sceneries like these!😶🌫️

Top 10 photo carousel for @thenines.cc & @bikerepublic.soelden 🏆 It’s extremely hard to pin down 10 of my favourite photos taken over the last couple years, so many of the crowds, thousands of panning shots, podiums, crazy action… I hope I made the right choice here. If you want access to a google drive with a million photos I’m all proud of just ask 🤣 I don’t like showcasing the same photos over and over again, I like creating new moments so apologies if you have seen these images before! #swatchnines #becomeaninephotographybike
@honzaw3000 showcasing composure high above the waterfall at dusk 🤯 lowering a remote flash down the side of the falls on a climbing rope, we managed to get one take before the light dropped away too much 💥 An absolutely unique feature and rider 🏆_____________________________________________

📸@joewakefield on the lens again!🔥
Doing something I should have done a long time ago! I’ve been wanting to learn this trick for so long but never took the initiative to do anything about it.
Just wanted to share a few thought from the last couple weeks🙏
I just finished three enduro races after being out of the loop for three years and god was it a painful experience for the ego😅 The main reason why I did it in the first place was to feel better on my bike after finding out I was super unfit last year and couldn’t even enjoy a pedal ride!😵💫😆 But as most of us know the feeling, once you’re at the race you want to do your best and end up pushing too hard, which I think resulted me to make many mistakes, crash and loose all the flow😵💫(not to mention my legs are still weak!🤣)
That said, I’m moving forward and excited for what’s to come in the next little bit!

One of the toughest races I’ve ever done😵💫🥵
Gave the @rmu.mtn.co nighttrain some serious beating here in Squamish!
📸 @joewakefield on the lens again!🔥🔥
That’s Squamish enduro. Over 8 hours of riding, over 50km of distance and over 1600m of elevation. I had a pretty rough time on the first stage and split opened my palm and completely de-centered my handlebars and and brake leavers. Finished the day with blood on my grip which made it pretty slippery as my hands got sweaty🤣🤦🏽♂️
Other than that super humbled! I think it’s healthy to enter a race with such high competition every now and then to show you that you’re not actually fast at all!😄 Congrats to the local legends for the wins and crazy sends😵💫✊✊ and thanks for reading through!🙏
2nd place at the international sports press awards! 🤟🏼 congratulations to @loicvenance & @valeryhache in the photography portfolio category 📸 was really cool to piece together a select few best shots from the sea to sky under “Mountain bike Mastery” and have it shown on a global platform 👁️ I didn’t get a speech but if I did there was a big Thankyou to my family, friends and fiancé @anna_dzicz for their continued support in my pursuit of photography and too the athletes featured who make it all possible. Yay mountain bikes ✊🏻
So what’s this post all about. Probably shots you seen before, maybe not! It’s been so amazing this year to watch friends I shoot with progress and get sponsors, opportunities and showcase their skills on a bigger platform for 2026 and here for it always 🏆 I don’t do photography full time although that’s the main goal for 2026, I barely make money from it and pay most of what I do earn to attend events and in return keep shooting 📸 I recently listened to an interview with @paulnicklen with @grahambensinger saying he was broke initially from photography, hustled like hell and succeeded which honestly seems to be the only blueprint with some luck sprinkled on top. All this too say, if I can make the best damn Mountain bike coffee table book one day and make a living through action sports then it was all worth it and a continued thanks to everyone that takes the time to respond, go ride and share the love of the sport 🤟🏼 excited for 2026. Let me come to your events please, cheers 🍻
