One of my earliest childhood memories: watching MTV with my dad and dancing along to this trippy black and white cartoon music video. I swear my love of rock and roll started right then and there. I'd later find out that video was "Runnin' Down a Dream" by Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers.
Over 35 years later, I got the incredible privilege to help remaster the rarely seen "Heartbreakers Beach Party”, Cameron Crowe's directorial debut that captured the band in 1982 during the 'Long After Dark' era.
One of the most surreal moments was getting to recreate the “You Got Lucky” music video from the original film scans — a centerpiece of the film that's now available to watch on the Heartbreakers YouTube channel.

Our greatest Christmas gift arrived, in a tiny package, on 12/17. Meet the newest member of our family, Fiona Violet! This holiday season is even more magical with our precious girl in our arms. Jade and Maia are over the moon to be big sisters! 💗
A Brief History of the Future is now available to stream on PBS! I’m so grateful that I got the chance to work with such an incredibly talented crew of creatives on this one, it truly was an all-star team. I was lucky enough to edit Episode 2: Chaos and Complexity and Episode 4: Human, but please give the full 6 part series a watch it’s a ride worth taking.
On April 21st Cassandra and I welcomed two incredible little girls into the world, Jade Kiara and Maia Rae. I can’t express how lucky I feel to have been chosen to be their Dad and to share this new adventure with my amazing wife Cassandra.
These ladies decided to show up a little earlier than expected, just under 34 weeks old, Jade was 3lb 1oz and Maia 3lbs 12oz. As a result they needed some extra time at the hospital to learn how to eat and put some weight on. While we don’t know exactly when they will come home yet, they are making amazing progress and we are there showering them with love each and every step of the way.
This journey has not always been easy, and I want to take the time to share my appreciation for Cassandra who has shown unbelievable strength and bravery throughout this entire ride. Cass, I’ll never be able to thank you enough for the gift of this family and I love you so much.
