Made a shoe for @fbiradio x @converse_anz !!
Loved getting creative and reimagining the Chuck All Star on behalf of independent Sydney creatives. The upcycled Tartan Shoe was hand stitched out of old bedsheets and inspired by the emerging stars of Eora/Sydney ⭐️
These customs will be on sale soon to support the future of independent radio so keep an eye on socials 👀
Shout out to @c0807t for the connect and organisation on this project!!

a piece written in London during a haircut and all about chalance, embarassment, pursuit and taking a bite of life. It's a bit cringe but rings true.

Hatchie—aka Melbourne-based singer-songwriter Harriette Pilbeam—continues the rollout of her acclaimed third album, Liquorice, with ‘Carousel’, an album-defining track that captures the emotional tension at the heart of her songwriting. Built on layers of chorus-drenched guitars and a slow, enveloping sense of momentum, ‘Carousel’ explores themes of fixation, longing and emotional suspension that run throughout Liquorice.

Another brilliant ‘constellation novel’ in the mode of Olga Tokarczuk's International Booker Prize–winning Flights, House of Day, House of Night reminds us that the story of any place, no matter how humble, is boundless.

With a decade-long music trajectory, and an expansive catalogue, her sonic innovation harmonises her technical expertise and creative autonomy. For her Sydney Festival [@sydney_festival ] performance The Sound of Rain on Dust, Australian R&B innovator Milan Ring transforms The Neilson into an intimate lie-down sonic experience, blending voice, guitar, electronics and Australian field recordings to explore the liminal space between grief and release. Known for her 2024 album Mangoes, laden in raw emotion and candid storytelling, her new piece is a carefully orchestrated departure further into her tender transportive sets.
