Kicking it with my people! Workout: (10) army crawl knee tucks (10) elevated reverse lunge zerchers w/ twist (8-10) pull ups (10) rows (8) kettlebell snatches Sandbag carry Sandbag squat We all modified for ourselves how we needed and wanted to do each movement based on our own bodies and preferences. 😌🫶 I’ve been wanting to try those zerchers since I saw @juddlienhard dong them in one of his videos a while back. Then saw @keanureysoto doing them last week. Of course I went too heavy and tried 135lbs my first time ever doing them. 🤣

Everyone needs a tribe. Every grown adult needs a group that is going to test them and push them to limits they would otherwise not look for. Never has the accountability been so strong in my own self than when I work out with those who are counting on me. I dig a little deeper I do that extra set I push through that tired swing. We are responsible for our own level of fitness but when we stand together we form a base that is much easier to rely on. Push-ups on a kettlebell require great risk to strength and solid muscle stability if you choose to try it go ahead and give us a tag.

I'm going to take a lot of credit for getting my Brother in-law out of his comfort zone of the home gym and into hidden where Savage Saturday occurs but that's about as far as my story goes in his tail. Joel has grown leaps and bounds with the help of @keanureysoto and @_awakenfitness to get where he can double snatch pretty consistently. All of his movements are stronger his response is better is mobility is increased just an overall badass. And to be over 40 is a testament that you're only in your own way.
