Beyond chuffed that @socceraid was recognised last night by @broadcastnow_mbi as The Best Sports Entertainment Programme of the Year!
Amazing for a charity programme to be rewarded at something like this amongst so many great productions. Big love and congratulations to the whole team who worked so hard to put on a good show, plus raise over £15m for @unicef . Hopefully nights like these will keep more momentum behind the event and we can keep aiding UNICEF’s vital work around the globe!

Five days staying in a deserted old town on the edge of the Douro Valley. Doorstep trails. Daily baked goods delivered. Views. Rufus being Rufus. Mum and dad being mum and dad. Plus a new Portuguese grandma to top it off.
When @jonnyrdavies says he’s going to do something, he does it! Amongst others, that’s one of the biggest lessons to learn from this incredible event, that when you have your heart set on a goal, go out there and get it done. Proud doesn’t cut it.
Back in May there was a little idea, and now four months later, 960km has been run (mad), in 11 days across (even madder), across 5 countries all to raise money for @calmzone .
