We were fortunate to have worked with amazing clients who trusted our vision right from the start and grateful for @home_priority connecting us, with his constantly positive, anything-is-possible approach to renovations. Patrick always goes out of his way to make sure the details are executed perfectly and it shows. The entire build team put so much thought and care into this project every step of the way. Welcome to the kitchen of Project Cedar Hill, I’m so excited to start sharing more of this one. A custom forever home, where every corner was considered, every storage opportunity was taken advantage of, and the design flows throughout. Another moment for Beauie 🐾 He’s living his best life with a big property and lots of room to run and play but that means a lot of muddy paws, especially this time of year. So we planned for it: ✔️ stairs (no lifting required) ✔️ grab bar and harness ✔️ hand shower ✔️ fully tiled ✔️ storage ✔️ undercabinet lighting Making clean up whole lot easier on everyone. The other side of the mudroom handles the human side of things, but he’s clearly the main character.

A kitchen fit for a king… King Beauie, that is. The clients’ sweet pup was the most adorable priority of the project. We knew we needed a dedicated place for his dishes but wanted it to be discrete. Looking at the kitchen you wouldn’t know that we created a nook to the left, behind a wall at the end of the kitchen, to house the food and water bowls, a drawer to store the goods, and direct access to water of course. Introducing Project Field & Forest Sitting on a beautiful property surrounded by farmland just outside of the city, this home blends the quiet living of the country with the convenience of having everything at your fingertips. From the ground up, we leaned into the clients’ love of the outdoors while still keeping everything feeling clean and crisp. Cedar Hill project highlights with plenty to appreciate. From the living room windows flooding the space with light, to the custom bar nook in the kitchen, to the sleek ribbed bathtub with a view of the forest outside. The other side of Project Full of Flavour’s Kitchen, the range + sink wall. Functionally, the range has everything @theflavorbender needs within arms reach - pullout storage for cooking utensils & oils, pots & pans drawers, and a custom floor-to-ceiling spice pantry tucked immediately behind. It’s close enough to the sink for clean up, while allowing plenty of space to work and move around with ease. Aesthetically, we wanted to create a soft statement as it’s the first thing you see when you walk into the kitchen. A fully custom hood featuring brass details and curves that taper at the top, with these curves then echoed in the @dektonbycosentino backsplash detail.
