What a night! Got to play a song that was 30 years in the making for my wife @selena_a_miller tonight at @bluebirdcafetn in Nashville,TN. Selena has been saying since I started playing the guitar “when you going to write a song for me” well tonight she got to hear it. We cried it was awesome ! Little sneak peek for ya!! More later ;) The night had a bow on it playing my @irisguitar DF sounded awesome (recording didn’t do it justice) so many comments on the guitar tone it was awesome.

Sunday + 30 Strings 🎸- Snow on the mountains, music on the back deck, and hearts full of gratitude. Tonight we sang “I’ll Fly Away” and couldn’t help but think about the hope we have beyond this life. One day these old troubles fade away, and we’ll fly away home. Until then, thankful for family, friends, music, and moments like this. ❄️🏔️

This isn’t just a beautiful instrument. It’s a guitar with an old soul, despite just being a few days old.
