Had a blast working on this project, the highlight of which was getting mercilessly roasted for the custom type's legibility when it got posted to facebook. Savages 😂 guess the type was disruptive in more ways than one. Unfortunately, like a lot of entertainment work I did earlier this year, this tour caught the Covid and got rescheduled. A quick colour change later, and the type was back on feeds to make eyes bleed once more. Suffice to say, Sadist me was pleased.

There's a bunch of custom art in that design. The brief was essentially 'girl takes mushroom, goes on trip'. Obviously, this meant going down the rave art history rabbit hole and countless sketches of Princess Peach and Toad's secret lovechild. For obvious reasons. Obviously.

This is from the end of 2019. Been wanting to post this for ages but got a lot of emotional baggage tied into this project. Not related to the project itself or RDV 😅 they were great - just.... life shit. Imagine your personal top 3 most traumatizing experiences. Now imagine they all happen at once. That was me, circa Christmas 2019. Tiny violins aside, most of it was pretty much self-inflicted anyway so, whatever, I got what was coming. Still, ending a great year with a clusterfuck trifecta SUCKED. I dont recommend it. 1 star.
