This is a total geek post.
I loved superheroes as a kid and I love them now.
They are flawed figures that inspire us to be better.
I still read comics today.
With nonfiction we learn through information.
With fiction we learn through imagination.
Enjoying fiction has been shown to enhance empathy, creativity, EQ and more.
Especially excited that today is the release of #BlackAdam - The most unstoppable force on the planet.
As you’ll see in the video from the premiere, it took @therock 15 long years to make this movie.
Like most things worthwhile it took belief, grit and dedication.
Imagine that future you know is possible. Step into it. See it. Feel it. Believe it. Then work daily for it.
He’s like the character he plays in the film:
Powerful energy
Relentless force
Intense purpose
When you sit down and watch the movie you will definitely feel it. ⚡️
I’m going to watch it again this weekend, anyone else? 👇

No matter what kind of day you’re having, there is always something to be grateful for. Don’t forget that.
Your mindset changes everything.
A setback doesn't have to become a bad day.
A frustrating moment doesn't have to define the rest of your day.
Pause. Reset. Look for the good that is still in front of you.

Mindset is everything.
Life will throw you curveballs, but it’s up to you whether you let them knock you down or learn how to enjoy the game.
You can’t control every problem.
You can’t control every outcome.
But you can control your perspective, your attitude, and the meaning you choose to give it.
Happiness is a choice.

The hardest part of growth is the beginning.
At first, everything feels uncomfortable.
Whether it’s a new role, a new habit, or a new skill, your brain resists because it craves the familiar.
But here’s the payoff: what challenges you today can become second nature tomorrow.
Every time you push through discomfort, you’re wiring your brain to adapt, to learn, and to grow stronger.
That's how progress works.

Consistency is the hardest part of any fitness or health goal.
Willpower fades, motivation comes and goes, but accountability makes the difference.
Working out with friends is more than just fun, it makes you more likely to stick with it.

Not everything going “wrong” is actually wrong.
