đŸŽŸïž Tickets & more at https://events.frontdoor.plus/event/2120 Glenn Jones is a unique player in the world of solo guitar music. Steeped in both American Primitive guitar music as well as rock and experimental music, Jones creates rich sonic tapestries with a distinct and stirring voice. Endlessly curious, Jones has spent the better part of four decades exploring the boundaries of expression and storytelling with the guitar and banjo. He has released 10 widely-acclaimed solo LPs, collaborated with legendary figures such as Damo Suzuki (Can), John Fahey, and Jack Rose, and been featured in NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert series. His latest release is Vade Mecum from Thrill Jockey Records. Liam Grant is a New England guitarist and improviser cut from the American Primitive cloth. His latest solo LP "Prodigal Son" on VHF Records - a lo-fi manifesto for 12 string, 6 string and lap steel - was released in early 2025. New Commute referred to it as "a rough-hewn love letter to the wild, unpolished heart of the instrument” and it has since been featured on NPR's Viking Choice 2025, Wilco's Favorite albums of 2025, and the Quietus Best of 2025 from Jennifer Lucy Allan. Jesse Eckerlin is a guitar player and writer based in Montreal and originally from Cantley, Quebec. He released his debut LP, Promissory Note in winter 2026. Upon release, it was a Bandcamp bestseller in acoustic, instrumental, fingerstyle and American Primitive guitar in February and March. He runs a small label and publication called Negative Capabilities. Poster by @eric_who_draws

Yesterday (29/3/2026, Ottawa @ The Bronson Center) marked my return to the stage after twenty years of playing in private. I was nervous, but years of honing my craft, and the support of friends and family and the kindness of strangers beat the fear. There was a church service in the hall across from us at the Bronson center, and there was a magic moment where at the crescendo of a new song I was playing the choir bled thru and harmonized with my broken chord. It was captured by @keals97 at the end of this video. Sometimes things line up. Thanks to everyone who came out, and special thanks to @imarkmolnar @smallscaleraph and @amundendixon . These three are onto something very special. See them and support them if you can. We all felt the love. Thanks for filling the room, Ottawa.

Logo alert. This beauty is courtesy of @eric_who_draws , who also did the album art for « Promissory Note ». He has a range of original art, does commissions, is easy to work with, affordable, and comes without any ego. Can’t recommend him highly enough. Also included in the slides are my original sketch and Selina’s radiant gaze.
