As a coeliac bodybuilder, itās so difficult to find supplement companies that actually fit my dietary needs, let alone ones that have loads of options, taste good and are affordable. But Complete Strength has definitely hit the mark on all of those.
After trying their various cream of rice flavours and falling in love, they kindly sent me some of their electrolytes to try (tropical flavour btw š¤).
Sometimes tropical flavours can taste really sharp, but this wasnāt at all, just sweet and refreshing. It definitely gave my intra-workout the cocktail vibe Iām always striving for.
Iām nearly finished with my current protein powders, so Iām looking forward to buying some and giving those a go next. š

Last weekās check-in marked the end of the lean down phase⦠since then, foodās been upped by around 500 cals, cardio is down, steps are way down, weekly cheat meal is back, and Iām finally allowed to train to failure on every exercise. My number of sets are also back to where they were pre-health phase. š
I havenāt been able to push myself like this in a while, so sessions are longer and way more exhausting than before⦠but I finally feel like I actually bodybuild again.
Iām hitting more PBs, and going into this build straight after the @pro.physiques event means Iāve got all the form tips and tweaks from @charliegarforth in my head, which has been super valuable for getting the most out of every exercise.
My RBF in the gym might say otherwise, but itās mad how much a bit of sunshine, not needing to hold back anymore, and having more food can make you love life that much more.

But after being in a health phase for nearly 6 months, itās time to get ready to build. Everything weāve tested blood-wise is now normal, and anything not quite there yet just needs a bit more time.
The aim over the next 3 weeks is to lose a few kg and drop some cms off my waist, just enough to put me in a prime position and give us plenty of room to push during this long build phase ahead.
Weāre not pushing fat loss to a point where it will be detrimental to my health, and @charliegarforth is making sure my central nervous system stays as untriggered as possible so we maintain all the health progress Iāve made.
Cardio is slightly up, but the main change has been steps, a low-impact way to increase output. Calories have come down too, but we have kept in the extra fats to support hormonal function.
I think itās the first lean-down phase where Iāve not really had the desire to do it. I love my food too much and was born to bulk for sure, but Charlieās explained it all thoroughly and I understand itās the right thing to do right now, so as usual, whatever he says goes š«”
