Easter holiday photos. I kept trying to post these but for some reason it wouldn't let me. Finally has now. Lots of baking, time in nature, and good foods ofc.
Wore a nice outfit to try feel better. Helped a little bit.
Since my bike crash my brain feels sad. Brains are weird you can try and tell them everything is ok and do meditation and get outside and be busy to try and help . Despite all that they don't listen and they're like no we're still anxious and sad and we still can't do so many things because they are too scary. At least I know no feeling lasts forever. I like to write it down to try to understand it better and remember these things.
