On Thursday, 31st July 2025, we hosted a "think out loud" usability test session for Jesi AI — and what an eye-opening experience it was. We invited a thoughtful mix of first-time users of teachers and learners to explore our platform, giving us the invaluable opportunity to see Jesi AI through fresh eyes.
There's something magical about watching people interact with something you've poured your heart into building. As our users navigated the platform for the first time, we observed not just where they clicked and paused, but how they naturally wanted to engage with the tools we've created.
The session revealed both exciting moments of discovery and areas where we can make the experience even more intuitive.
What struck us most was the genuine enthusiasm from our first-time users — seeing their faces light up as they discovered features that could transform their daily teaching and learning routines was incredibly rewarding.
But perhaps more valuable were the moments where users hesitated or took unexpected paths through the platform. These insights are pure gold for our product development team, showing us exactly where we can smooth the journey and make Jesi AI feel as natural as having a conversation with a trusted colleague.
Every piece of feedback from this session is now shaping how we refine and enhance the platform.
Our goal remains unchanged: creating technology that feels effortless to use and improves learning outcomes in Pre tertiary schools.
