Round 2 en approche ! Pour la seconde session live de cette saison aux Apaches, on fera une émission plus longue et variée 😊 Après une présentation mensuelle de releases et autres dubs par M. Toolsy, c'est Isocells avec son compère Dr Casey Kush du 4twenty crew qui ouvriront les hostilités à grands coups coup de Dubstep / 140. Pour les amateurs d' Electro, TZII (Night On Earth) fera le déplacement à Paris entre deux festivals pour Toolbox Radio. Dj Jee (Sound Enforcers/ Technorama), prendra ensuite le contrôle pour envoyer de la grosse D&B, et notre résident Hijack Sam terminera en Jungletek pour clore la soirée en beauté. Live-streamé sur Twitch, et reposté sur la chaîne Youtube Toolbox Radio comme à l'accoutumée !

Nous serons au Le Chinois, club underground de référence sur Montreuil, pour fêter ce début d’année en beauté mais surtout la sortie du ‘Pushr’ de Qant, grosse release déjà supporté par Ben Ufo, Doc Scott, Dj Trace, Madcap etc.. Côté line-up 100% local heroes avec Qant bien sûr, Saji Tari du crew Tides/Forever Dnb ainsi qu’ Eküm et moi même, fer de lance de label SE. Figure de la scène électronique parisienne depuis près de trente cinq ans, Dj Jee sera également de la partie. Artiste multi casquette, la fois Dj, producteur, promoteur, label manager, distributeur, disquaire et ex-chroniqueur. Elevé aux soirées ‘Wake Up’ de Laurent Garnier au milieu des années 90’, on le retrouve derrière les platines de nombreux lieux parisiens mais aussi derrière l’organisation de pas mal d’évènements dont les incontournables Technorama (Rex Club/Batofar/Nuits Fauves). On le remarquera également via ses nombreuses chroniques de singles pour les magazines Trax et Tsugi mais aussi via son full time job chez le distributeur Topplers, reconverti depuis en Music House record shop. Il est le fondateur du label Sound Enforcers dédiée à la drum & bass & co-fondateurs du label Technorama Records. Producteur aussi au côté de Yann Lean avec un remix de Whim-ee & Myles Sergé et avec le track ‘Hot!’ sorti sur After O’Clock, label des célèbre afters parisien dont il est le résident depuis cinq ans. Next friday, @bude_room invites @soundenforcers , with @jerome__jee and @oxyd ! A leading figure on the Parisian electronic scene for nearly thirty years, @jerome__jee is involved in everything: he is a DJ, producer, promoter, label manager, distributor/record store owner, and former columnist. Raised on Laurent Garnier’s “Wake Up” parties in the mid-90s, he can be found behind the turntables at numerous Parisian venues, but also behind the organization of quite a few events, including the unmissable Technorama (Rex Club/Batofar/Nuits Fauves). He also made a name for himself through his numerous singles reviews for Trax and Tsugi magazines, as well as his full-time job at the distributor Topplers, which has since been converted into the Music House record shop. He is one of the founders of the Sound Enforcers label dedicated to drum & bass and co-founder of the Technorama Records label. He also works as a producer alongside Yann Lean, with a remix of Whim-ee & Myles Sergé and the track ‘Hot!’ released on After O’Clock, the label of the famous Parisian afters where he is a resident DJ. La cerise sur la gateau de cet évènement, la venue du vétéran anglais Dillinja. Sa marque de fabrique c’est la combinaison de basslines sombre et sale sur des beats bien accéres. Ce son a fait de lui l’un des producteurs/remixeurs les plus influents de l’histoire de la drum’n’bass. Un son sombre et grognon unique qui lui a valu d’être sollicité pour des remixes par des artistes tels que David Bowie, Bjork, Faith No More, Soul II Soul, Basement Jaxx, Amon Tobin, Artful Dodger et Jeru The Damaja.
