Saturday, May 23 @wayscollective@efdemin (Phillip Sollmann) is a Berlin-based DJ, producer, and composer known for his deep and psychedelic style of house and techno. A long-time resident at Berghain, he has released music and remixes for major artists while also working in sound research, installations, and improvised music.
Still buzzing from our gathering last Saturday in Amsterdam together with @____podd____ at @tillatec - very warm-hearted to see so many music lovers glued to the dancefloor.
We are now stoked to announce our @else_klub take-over in Berlin for the fourth year in a row that is happening on July 4th!
This time, we’ll be presenting two unique B2Bs that promise to be spectacular: @efdemin & @gigif_m and @altinbas.t & @_polygonia_ !

For our last artist announcement of the musicians, we would like to introduce Efdemin.
Efdemin aka Phillip Sollmann is a Berlin based DJ, producer and composer. He is known for his deep, psychedelic and idiosyncratic take on both house and techno. He has released numerous albums and 12”’s on various labels under his Efdemin moniker and has a long-standing residency at Berghain.
On his own label naïf he has released music by Nina Kraviz, Jeroen Search and Alter Ego. Outside of his career as a DJ, Phillip Sollmann is active in the fields of sound research, installation-based works and improvised music. We’re very much looking forward to hosting this true legend and he will close off the event in style.

🏆Tras seis años sin publicar un álbum, @efdemin regresa con Poly, su quinto trabajo de estudio, editado por @ostgut_ton el sello vinculado a Berghain, uno de los clubes más influyentes de la cultura techno internacional. El disco ha sido incluido en la Bestenliste 1/2026 del Preis der deutschen Schallplattenkritik, que lo reconoce como una de las producciones más destacadas del trimestre en Alemania.
A lo largo de once piezas, Poly desarrolla una propuesta de techno estructural y preciso, basada en la superposición gradual de elementos y en variaciones mínimas que transforman el material sin recurrir a clímax evidentes. La gestión del espacio y el equilibrio entre capas refuerzan una escucha profunda, en sintonía con la tradición estética asociada al entorno de Berghain.
Con este reconocimiento, Efdemin consolida su regreso discográfico y reafirma su posición dentro del núcleo creativo que ha definido la evolución del techno berlinés en las últimas décadas.
