Link In Park is now being held at the Harriet Tubman Grove at The Wyman Park Dell in Charles Village. This new location is more central and accessible served directly by multiple bus lines and is exciting and green.
Plus we throwing some stuff on the grill and want the vibrancy of the city in the background to go with the food and music.

The last installment of my favorite performances this first quarter include @nimsmusiq with his velvet crooning at the ESOTERICA showcase at The Sultan Room in Brooklyn and @wakai007 ’s radical and poetic blues performed at @diabolicaldiscs January Showcase in D.C.
Curating the list from the various different shows and artists I’ve captured was definitely a challenge. Curation is a skill of having a good ear and ability to coordinate and produce. Being an artist is also not so easy in these precarious times of access and artifice, but going into the real world and seeing such talent is a reminder that no industry or machine can dictate greatness unless you allow it to.

Made this in Procreate inspired by Chuck Close. Went to the DC @savebenreilly show at @songbyrddc and had a time. The performance only extended the world building of the album and showcased a mastery of wordsmithing and performing. Got to exchange art. Connect with friends. And then saw some more art after.
