Everyone’s team did an amazing job last night, and many thanks to @cc7dfilm for hosting all of us to screen these films. All the laughter, the drama, the conversation, the uplifting nature of it all, it’s an amazing community to be a part of. So blessed with this cast and crew. There’s no film without them, and every step of the way was pure enthusiasm for the craft and admiration for each others work. So very thankful for you guys every day, and please be available at all times to be in more stuff with me 🔫 Lastly, many many thanks to my wonderful girlfriend for the unbelievable level of support & love she’s given, during this process and others. You’re my rock, and I’m incredibly grateful for your presence in my life & art. That’s a wrap! Tremendously grateful for these past six years. Took longer than expected, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. Made so many valuable connections over these years and I appreciate every single one of you for being part of that journey. I’ve been able to work in the local film community alongside so many very talented people. You saw my worst, my best, and everything in between but still accepted who I am & gave support whenever I needed it. Thank you for all your collaboration & faith in me as I grew, I truly appreciate it. I also especially want to thank two instrumental mentors in my journey in @dklonic and @profbone1 . You both gave me the jumpstart to switch to Media Production as a major & helped me hone in the skills to best prepare me in the future. I do not graduate with this degree if it’s not for you both pushing me to be better. Thank you both for your patience, your kindness, and your faith in me. I know you’re going to do the same for many more students in the future. Lastly, my family. Your support over these years of self discovery has been nothing short of essential in my development, and I love you very much for all the sacrifices that have been made so that I could thrive. Sweet Fluffy, Had this very tubby fellow since I was 5. He was my loyal little friend, and one I’m never going to forget anytime soon. It’s a shame that we as people sometimes will feel more pain for a lost pet than another person, but I think it’s because humans are complicated. A pets soul purpose in life is to love us back and keep us company. And he didn’t love much of anyone else & he always laid by my side when I was sad. I’m gonna miss that deeply. Rest In Peace, sweet boy. Keep on eating all that freakin food in the afterlife.

I hope everyone continues to fight this great fight for equality in America. All races, all sexualities, everyone. That’s the right we all can, should, and must exercise. Seeing the violent riots that have destroyed communities nationwide, however, takes away from the main topic at hand and hurts my soul to watch unfold. I won’t pretend to fully understand the struggles of the underrepresented, but I can at least understand violence will beget violence if we remain distracted and divided by the riots. Many protests nationwide have been peaceful with protestors being supported & even joined by many cops as well. That should be what is shown on screen from #cnn , #foxnews , and #msnbc alike. But they would rather we be divided if it means they make money off of viewership and division. We should continue the fight for a better America and in doing so, we must stay focused on what matters the absolute most; pressure to prosecute the four Minneapolis officers for malpractice, unity in protest, and pressure to change our political & criminal justice system for the better. That’s the goal, no matter what. Don’t let people seeking attention, whether it be looting, virtue signaling, racist ignorance, distract you from the goal at hand. Keep fighting the good fight until something good can come from this. For George Floyd, Trayvon, Garner, and many other beautiful souls gone in an instant, let’s strive for a better America together. ✊🏻 #blackouttuesday #blacklivesmatter #bluelivesmatter

What could be more amazing than a musical? Congrats to the lads and lasses that performed their hearts out for three hours a show. One of the most ambitious and magical shows I’ve been a part of.
