A probe lens push through the 5cm gap between a stiletto's heel and sole.
Soft sand. Shallow depth of field. A shot that used to need specialized gear and perfect conditions.
I built the camera move in Blender, tracked it to the live plate, conditioned it through LTX 2.3 with a camera-trained LoRA. Run 10 nailed it. Run 11 proved it wasn't an accident.
Going into Devil's Elbow. Two impossible camera moves threaded into practical footage. The audience reads one continuous move. The AI inserts disappear.
Not about replacing the camera. About reaching shots that used to require tricks that looked like tricks.
Full write-up coming.

Opening shot.
A woman whispers into a vent in a cold corridor. She hears something. She gags. Bees pour out of her mouth as she screams in silence.
Frame 0 to Frame 170 — directed through Kijai's Prompt Relay in ComfyUI. Three keyframed prompts that evolve across the take. A prompt is a shot list, not a logline.

Ummm... It's coming for all of us!😂
LTX Desktop — a free, open-source, fully local non-linear video editor built on the LTX 2.3 engine. This matters more than most people realize.
Running through LTX 2.3, including the rebuilt VAE, image-to-video fixes, native portrait video, and audio quality improvements...

And... Code2Collapse just released what is, functionally, a free Nuke replacement in ComfyUI under the Apache-2.0 license. Pack 5 — NukeMaxNodes. Roto with SAM, FFT frequency matching, PBR relight from a still, depth-warp, normal-to-curvature, position-pass splitting. That is the Foundry Nuke compositor's standard toolkit. Nuke is a $500/month subscription that gates entry to professional VFX work.
A ComfyUI node pack that replicates the core compositor toolkit, free, integrated directly with the AI generation pipeline
Hats off to you Duran! Thank you for your support. This thing has been a beast& I couldn't have done it without you! One projector, 1 endless loop video, 8 images away from go time! AI Art Exhibit 2026!
Something new is coming.
After 25 years behind the camera and three at the chalkboard, I've been quietly building a system that lets filmmakers direct AI like a real production.
It's called CTRLZ.
And this is RIGS.
Casting. Call Back. Location Scout. Headshot LAB. All stages of production, built as production-ready Rigs.
AI as production infrastructure, not a magic button. CTRL-Z Rigs: each one a department. Each one docked into the same pipeline. Built for filmmakers who think in shots, not prompts.
More soon.
