HBO’s the Dark Wizard Documentary about legendary climber Dean Potter is a must watch. @outsidemagazine sent me on assignment to Yosemite to hang out with Dean and his wife Steph Davis in 2006. This is image was taken right before things started to go sideways for the charismatic climber. I feel this moment in El Captain meadow truly shows their happiness together.
