Found Straddie in India. Had to side step lifeguards and coppers with whistles to surf it but managed to knife a couple back lit golden orbs in front of these trippy orange cliffs. Was generally a bit morning sick but this one looks mental. There’s was dozens of kilometers of coastline just like this.

The Ain’t That Swell podcast (aka The Swellians) is curating a day of hardcore wellness at the state of the art B3 facility in Brunswick Heads.
Our goal is to get health and wellness into the hands of the working class and drastically reduce mental illness, violence, domestic violence, self-harm and stress among at-risk populations.
If you know someone who could benefit from this, bring them along for free!
This is a free(ish) community event. We just need to cover our costs by selling 33 tickets at around 20$ a pop. Whatever money is made beyond that will be reinvested into the next workshop to help more people access these tools and develop a greater sense of wellbeing.
The day runs from 2-5pm and we encourage everyone to hang out for the duration. Classes will be starting every half hour (strength and mobility, contrast therapy, breathwork, meditation, breath work, sauna, ice baths).
Enjoy live podcasts, lectures, sermons, philosophy, films and music from The Swellian’s many mentors and gurus in The Swellian’s specially curated multi-media room throughout the day. And hang around for the dance party after.

Gluttony gets me again. It’s worth brushing up on the Seven Deadly Sins because most of life’s massive fails can be attributed to one or more of them. In this case, gluttony and greed. When a month and a half of majestic Indonesian ropers is still not enough to appease me, I lapse into a scarcity-psychosis, despite being surrounded by abundance, and badly dislocate my shoulder (see final photo) on a nothing close out while staring down the barrel of months of mindless surf. Oh well, you live and you don’t learn.
