As with lots of people, I’ve battled with weight and fitness through most of my adult life. Around 15 months ago I got in touch with @jac_fitness_ as I’d hit a plateau and my weight was creeping back up (having manage to lose a bit over a year or so before). I really needed the support/guidance to make a lasting change so these (completely self indulgent, sorry!) photos show a nice step in the process. I’ve still got a lot of work to do but for now, this is a really nice milestone to have hit! (As a bonus, see if you can spot the cause/effect photo in the middle…).
