Pinto beans, salsa verde from the garden, Oaxaca cheese, pickled onions (always a pickle of some sort on these, from farmers or the garden, and topped with Cotija cheese inside the bizcocho, Florosa’s base enriched dough from Mexico that is super similar to brioche.

there's going to be a cutie lil donuts in the rotation this weekend including the dirty horchata glazed donut as well as the chai sugar donut holes. Chai sugar is 4 ever but dirty horchata glaze might just change as strawberry season tempts and looms over us all.
the birdies over at @agriberryfarm have been whispering about this upcoming weekend being really good for strawberries and I believe them because the weather has been perfect for strawberries imo 🤞
