In his last cookbook, “Appetites”, Anthony Bourdain said that this sandwich was “possibly the most delicious thing in the book.” So Chadwick, a staunch supporter of things most delicious, went and made a version for y’all this weekend: Panko fried chicken thighs in a Macau-style marinade with peri peri slaw and soy mayo served on Carter’s brioche 🤤
And as hot weather luck would have it, we also have Hatfish Gose back on tap! Dry, tart, slightly salty “beer Gatorade” with subtle spicy notes of coriander. LFG[OSE]!!!🎩🐠
