We have opened the classes on Improvisation and footwork for Starters from “o” and it’s ONLINE👟
🕑It is Wednesday 19:30 CET.
1.10 min / Weekly from February 2025.
During the improvisation sessions:
- you are stepping to the music (basic steps and rhythmical steps through house dance and jazz fusion dance techniques),
- you jump and footwork to the music with simple exercises and warm up,
- you learn flow and free improvisation in the movement and the body,
- music for connection with our body is jazzzz - related, rhythmical, house music and contemporary instrumental.
This beautiful mix of movement that will connect you to your dancing energy💡🤍

Jazzbetween dance practice -> we learn basic and we mix the work of the body movement + flow and improvisation with steps and footwork oriented dances ( uk jazz fusion and house dance) . Such a rich mixture of rhythms and textures of the dancing body 🤍
Weekly:
Start group - Wednesday 19:30 Bcn time / all basics and anatomical explanations of stepping and footworking with details and comfort tempos
Intermediate- Sunday 13:00 Bcn time /
All improvisation and intermediate level of footworks and its exploration.

How often we feel demotivated in our own dance practice? In the classes that we are taking?
Try to observe and to connect with the word Joy and Enjoy within your practice!
What is Joy and Enjoy in your dance?
The important question here is:
• Do i Enjoy right now what i am doing?
• Which part of my practice do i Enjoy? Which part of my practice is making me “fly”?
• What do I practice automatically or maybe for someone.. maybe i do not want to dance it anymore?
• What type of my dance practice “Actual Me” wants to develop?
Answering the questions and observing your inner state of Joy in your practices will lead you to your own path in artistic practice!
Within our practices we work a lot with an improvisational self-expression through the rhythmical and footwork conversations.
