My roommate and I are looking for two roommates interested in living in a 4bed 2bath in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
Our apartment is a rent stabilized with in unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The building has an elevator and is a 12 minute walk from the B & Q, 14 minutes from the 2 & 5, and 25 minutes from the F. We are also a 30 minute walk / 5 stops from Prospect Park. The space is fully furnished with a microwave, airfryer, toaster oven, and TV. Your portion of rent is $1,000/month + utilities.

We are looking for women of color aged 22 to 30 who are able to sign a 12 month lease starting July 1st. We would love someone who cooks, cleans, does not have a pet, and is not loud at night.
We would describe ourselves as chill and relatively quiet. We cook, clean up after ourselves in common areas, host guests every week, and we love movies.
