I took a dive below the baitball and waited. Hundreds of Mahi Mahi were swarming above me, sea lions feeding, and then I noticed this Brydes whale making its way toward the action. The Brydes whale gave the baitball a glance, debated taking a plunge and decided to pass. I was still, I didn’t move as it pushed right past me. I could feel the turbulence of the water around me from the powerful force of the whale. An epic moment. Another memory that will last a lifetime.
One year ago this super cute guy came and ask for my number, little did I know he would become such an important person in my life ❤️ he’s my best friend, my adventure buddy, and my motivation! He’s one of the greatest people you’ll ever meet. He makes me smile every single day and I’m beyond lucky to have him in my life 💕 here’s to many more adventures baby! ✨#oneyearofknowingyou
One of the most insane days on the ocean I’ve ever had. We had 2 or 3 Brydes whales repeatedly hunting static bait balls right in front of us. I have 8 different videos of the Brydes and we guessed they came back probably around 12 times. Every single time it blew each and every one of our minds. This was the first encounter, the first video I got and it will forever be engrained in my mind. And the best part was I had my little brother and my best friends with me. We have so much content to come.
