The Return of the King!
Here's a look at Aragorn, in his coronation armour from 11377 Minas Tirith. The printed breastplate and new overmoulded crown element are simply exquisite, as is the torso beneath it, bearing the White Tree of Gondor.
Compare this with Aragorn in his Gondor Surcoat from 79007 Battle of the Black Gate from 2013!
Only way this gets better is if we get Anduril, flame of the West! C'mon LEGO, do it for the fans!

LEGO Element Designer Nicola Belfiore, talked us through the process of creating the new Gondor Soldier Helmet which appears in 11733 Minas Tirith!
Really fascinating to learn about all the different considerations that element designers and engineers have to make, when designing new elements.
This was shot in September 2025 at LEGO Fan Media Days 2025, where we got to see an early prototype model of Minas Tirith and its minifigures.

The Return of The King!
Last September, LEGO gave us a very early look at Minas Tirith, 8 months before the official reveal.
Here's a closer look at the minifigures in the set, including Aragorn in his coronation armour, and also Faramir and Denethor for the first time.
LEGO pulled out all the stops with this minifigure selection. Nearly every surface is printed with incredible details and we also get two exciting new elements. Aragorn's crown (overmoulded on a wig), and also the Gondor Soldier Helmet.
These are a look at pre-production minifigures, many with stickers to represent the prints that will eventually be on the final minifigures in the retail set.
Every year, LEGO invites a small group of creators, bloggers and youtubers to the LEGO Campus in Billund, Denmark for Fan Media Days, a small but intimate closed-doors event where we get to meet Designers, and see sets that will be released the following year.
It's an incredible privilege to be there, and to finally be able to share these with you!
