The “Peepers” at the Ward Pound Reservation we’re happily singing tonight so loudly, it’s was deafening! Getting out in nature is keeping me OK. I feel very grateful to have this fabulous resource right here. 🙏🏼❤️🤸♂️
My bionic knuckle is healing, I can bend it a little bit now. Cydney and I went on an awesome hike with all four dogs, slightly chaotic fun! And now we’re both feeling healthy and vibrant! Photos by Cydney Chase Bartell.
Cydney brought me home from the hospital. I stayed longer than I expected because apparently when they had me on the operating table my legs decided to run a marathon so in order to get me to hold still so they could do the surgery they had to put me under general anesthesia… I had expected to only have a twilight drug. 🙄🤦♀️ I would not have expected this to happen! 🤷♀️ It took longer for me to come out from the stronger drug and I felt nauseous… But, everything went really well! And I sure feel good now! 😄👏🏼🙏🏼👍🏽
Getting my left index finger joint replace today! I’ve been working hard to keep my rheumatoid arthritis from progressing without taking the medications. Taking herbs, seeing functional doctors, exercising... motion is lotion! And surgery... I’m excited to get this finger back! 😊
