🩵🌊 SUP Yoga Returns, As Spring Awakens As the light shifts and spring begins to unfold, we take our practice back to the water from May. Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga is open to the studio timetable, a practice I’ve been sharing for nine years at the West Reservoir in Hackney. What began as a curiosity became a deep love for movement on water, and it continues to shape how I teach today. There is something magical about practising yoga on a board. The subtle movement of the water awakens your core, sharpens focus, and draws you fully into the present moment. Balance becomes intuitive. Breath becomes steady. The experience is playful, powerful and deeply calming all at once. SUP Yoga isn’t just a class, it’s a seasonal ritual. A way to reconnect with nature, build confidence, and feel quietly strong. Join myself and @jayneandyoga @westreservoir_n4 Come and float into spring with us.

Spring feels like it’s beginning to blossom - and so are my plans for the year! Once again I’m returning to my favourite laid back French medieval farm in July for 5 days / 4 nights of yoga, meditation and chilling July 16-20. Plenty of different spaces for morning meditation before a long dynamic practice…. There’s an outdoor heated pool, sauna, quirky chateau across the field or trips to local medieval market towns, a refreshing river dip, and the mad Medieval D’Artagnan festival will be on again this year! See link for info or dm me. *Book by April for an early bird discount;) More to come on September’s glamping yoga retreat near Bath with @lucienorris and the SUP yoga season. #yogaretreat #yoga #meditation #summerplans #france

HOW DOES YOGA MAKE YOU FEEL? A somatic workshop with Jayne Miller to find freedom in the hips and the spine. 📅 Sunday, November 23, 2025 🕑 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. 💰 £28 The session will bring in fascial release and somatic awareness movement threaded together with a flowing yoga practice to get into the deeper layers of the body. We’ll finish with guided meditation and Savasana to bring it all together. After a slow, floor-based fascia-release sequence to remove tension and lubricate the joints and tissues of the body, we’ll build through a stabilising yet soulful hip-focused flow with options / alternatives for all. Who is it for? Ideal for those who either experience tightness, discomfort in the area or perhaps find certain backbends or hip postures elusive and want a way in. And for anyone who wants to get into their body more and move their practice to another level… Open to all, but not suitable for pregnant students. 👉 Book via the 'Workshops' link in bio.

Autumn always feels like the perfect time to delve deeper into to your practice and studies… And a great time to be busy! I’ve three workshops coming up @yogahome_london . The first is Sunday 21st September - 4-6pm, an experiential movement-based workshop to bring awareness to the muscles of the pelvic floor and use this knowledge to change our perspective as we move through a flowing practice. Our pelvic floor muscles can become too weak (hypotonic) or to tight (hypertonic), through a variety of reasons including stress, posture, childbirth, health issues, and as we get older – life! We will explore softening and releasing as well as engaging and toning the muscles of the pelvic floor taking this awareness into a gentle yoga flow noticing the connection between other parts of the body … There’ll be a little philosophy, since the pelvic floor muscles have a special place in classic yoga, (mulha bandha, Vajroli and Sahajoli mudras) and explore how this can help or hinder us in our practice whether it is pranayama, meditation or inversions. As always modifications and options given :) The other two workshops are a mix of Somatic awareness movement and flowing yoga focusing on the spine - shoulders and upper back, October 12th and hips/lower back, November 23rd. Both HOW DOES YOUR YOGA FEEL? Workshops are 4pm-6pm, £28 book via Yogahome. #yoga #Deepenyourconnection #staycurious #cultivatinginnersupport #backtoschool #takeyouryogadeeper #somaticawareness #somaticmovement #pelvicfloor
