I donāt even know where to start⦠this past week has felt completely surreal. It still hasnāt fully sunk in yet. Everything has happened so fast, and Iām still trying to process it all.
The amount of love and support Iāve received has honestly been overwhelming in the best way possible. From the people closest to me, to those further away who I didnāt even realise were watching and supporting me the whole time ā it truly means more than I can put into words.
Thank you to every single person who has sent a message, left a comment, or reached out in any way. Iām doing my best to get through them all, and if Iāve missed anyone, please know itās not intentional. I see you, I appreciate you, and Iām incredibly grateful for every bit of love shown. None of it goes unnoticed.
Winning my IFBB Pro Card means everything to me. Itās something me and @jase_elite set out from the start of our journey, but been met with so much adversity and set backs, but now, to finally achieve it⦠itās hard to describe the feeling. But this isnāt the finish line ā itās just the beginning. This is ground zero.
Iāve always had the vision of becoming one of the best bodybuilders in the UK, and then pushing that onto the world stage. That dream hasnāt changed ā if anything, itās stronger than ever. Now the real work begins.

Last time I benched press I was still š! So interesting to see what I can run this back up to, my PB was 220kg. Not that I am aiming to smash PBs with this movement, but the goal is to get silly strong again for stupid amount of reps on a heavy load!!!
Good to get workouts with @danhulk1 again like old days!

Lil bits and bobs from Leg day on Monday snippets from some of the exercises done.
Leg day was as followed
- Adductors 4 sets
- Leg curls 2 top sets (warm ups not included) top set was a heavy rep set, drop into a 10 second iso hold, drop into a controlled rep as many, drop into pulse reps as many⦠set lasted over a minute šµāš«
- RDLs 1 top set
- Single leg press 2 top sets
- Abductors 3 sets
- Smith Squats 2 sets
- Leg Ext 2 sets
- Single leg curls 2 sets
Ramping up the intensity because these wheels gotta grow!
