I had a moment last June where I felt empty and purposeless finishing my album. Then I remembered a specific session with @braxxbateman when we had only met once prior during the darkest time in my life where I was so grateful and fulfilled for him allowing me to create with him. I turned that moment into a series of open sessions where I reached out to anyone I genuinely respected in the art of music to just create for the sake of creating and have real conversations about life and what’s missing in music, which eventually birthed the title “What Happened To Pluto?”. The feeling. This was the first time I ever fell in love with music, contrary to belief. Also how me and Dev officially became the production duo we were supposed to be years ago😂. This project is a result of those sessions and the energy from the artists and people I’ve met over the last couple of years. Especially the ones I bonded with who became a part of the songs we chose. I’m forever grateful for y’all for giving me a reason to create thru a new purpose. Life imitates art and art is about creating the beauty in what’s missing.
