On target pace till 16 km.
By 17, the body shut down — legs and heart both fine, will strong, but something inside collapsed.
Walked a kilometre and a half. Ate. Picked myself up and saw the finish line.
Not the race I planned, but a good first half marathon to remember.
Our maiden production is out in the world. This story travelled for a good four years before starting this new journey. From it being an idea to be a play, to the pandemic happening to eventually getting made for screen.
The shooting nights were a great exercise (literally and figuratively) for the lovely people who worked to bring it to life. First’s are special, yes, but this one is indeed a good place in memory to visit.

Hello friends! I’m absolutely stoked to present to you my soundtrack to the short film “Samson Hairdressers”, produced by @meiosis_media and co-written and directed by my friend @its.probably.mihir . We opted for a very specific sonic palette for this score and I had enormous fun composing and producing it. The film has had a superb festival run and we’re trying to bring it to a screen near you very soon. So do watch this space for more details. शूटिंगच्या निमत्ताने गडचिरोली जिल्ह्यातल्या कुरुड या ८०००-१०००० लोकसंख्या असलेल्या नाटक वेड्या खेड्यात गेलो होतो. जेवण झाल्यावर गावात फिरायला निघालो आणि कानावर नाट्यसंगीत पडलं. आवाजाच्या दिशेने चालल्यावर इथे या दुकानासमोर पोहोचलो. रात्री ९ च्या आसपास, निम्मं गाव झोपी गेलं असताना या छोट्याश्या खेड्यातल्या सलून मध्ये नाट्यसंगीत लागलेलं. शब्द आल्यावर ती व्यक्ती ते गाणं गुणगुणत देखील होती.
Humbling experience

Watched ‘The Nether’ earlier today. It was an intense immersive experience to say the least.
Undressing the stage after the show is an experience in itself. Having been away from the stage for a long time, each play I watch hits harder every time. But wrapping up the set and props felt good today.
At the end of it, स्टेज झाडून काढला. गेल्या ५ वर्षांत रंगमंचाला वाहिलेली पहिली सेवा. मजा. :)❤️
