Freshman Shortstop and pitcher Joshua Jones from Northeast High School had an exceptional Freshman year!
From taking Team MVP, Offensive Player of the Year, and Co-Pitcher of the year, to All-Conference honors.
State wide he ranked 81st in RBIs and 99th in batting average among all high school players and @maxpreps has him ranked 7th in batting average, 2nd in slugging percentage, and 6th in RBIs among all NC Freshmen.
