The Compound is home to @the51percentclub , a leading community that helps female founders to scale. Over the past year, weāve hosted some great events; from their pioneering 12-week growth programme and 12-month Fortuna Fellowship accelerator, to masterclasses and workshops on everything from personal brand to investment. They make great use of our spaces, including yoga and brunch sessions, specialist film screenings, co-working days, and intimate founder dinners.
