A juicy mix of red berries, blood orange and rhubarb leads the cup - like summer in full swing. As it opens up, it shifts into raspberry pancakes with a drizzle of honey, finishing smooth with a clean black tea note. Lively, fruity-forward, and beautifully layered in every sip.
The cooperative system is a huge part of Kenyan coffee culture. Thousands of small farmers grow coffee on tiny plots and bring cherries daily to centralized washing stations, where quality sorting and processing happen.

Bright and delicate, with a light, tea-like body. Expect notes of golden apple and hibiscus, layered with gentle dried fruit sweetness. Steeped like tea, it brews into a refreshing, lightly caffeinated drink that highlights the flavour of the coffee fruit itself.
More than 50% of the coffee cherry is actually fruit, which is why CASCARA - the dried skin and pulp - is one of the most natural by-products of coffee processing.
