Los olivos viejos son de las pocas cosas naturales a las que incluso los más modernos respetan. Ser moderno significaba separar la Naturaleza de la Cultura según Bruno Latour. Consumir aceite muy muy bueno es la hostia. El miedo de mi padre no me permitió usar motosierra hasta yo tener la mía. Podar olivos es muy difícil. Hace dos años que cultivo un olivar con 100 árboles. El primer año por sequía no salió ni un litro, este año han salido 130 litros de aceite de las varieadades "Sevillenca" y "Morrut". Este aceite ha sido cultivado sin el uso de herbicidas. Veo similitudes entre los herbicidas y Chatgpt.
