I am grateful for this experience, meeting so many wonderful humans! I had my share of ups and downs, but like anything else in life, what matters is what we do with these lessons.
This experience showed me that I am capable of leading my own yoga practice, but after some deep reflection I came to understand the great value of showing up everyday as a good man. Being the only man, surrounded by these beautiful angels, I was able to shine my light establishing a culture of positivity, good energy and comfort.
In the end, we as men can’t be perfect but we have the ability and responsibility to strive to be better for everyone.

2026 Winter Olympics Milano Cortina
✨Going down memory lane I remember watching my first winter Olympics 1998 Japan Nagano. Waking up early in the morning with my dad to catch the different events on CBC with announcers like Brian Williams, Terry Leibel and Ron Maclean. Seeing the dream team of Canadian Men’s hockey (getting stopped by the dominator hasek), figure skaters like Elvis Stojko winning silver and speed skater Catriona Le May Doan (I had a crush on her) winning gold was awesome to witness. I have a greater appreciation for these kinds of athletes, daily sacrifice on their craft not making much money to have the opportunity to represent their country, and do their best to come out on top is a whole different level of mental strength. Best of luck to the next generation, let’s bring home the Gold!!!🥇

NYE IN NEW YORK CITY🗽🇺🇸🎆
Travelled to New York City for the first time, with my sister to ring in the New Year! Although we didn’t get in line to see the ball drop (I mean you have to get there super early and wear diapers, ain’t doin that) the overall experience was awesome, surprised at how chill and nice everyone was from the local people to the NYPD. Took advantage of the few days we had Skating in Central Park, visiting NBC studio, seeing the Statue of Liberty, having New York style pizza in SoHo, attending church at St Patrick’s Cathedral and checking out the American Dream mall…I am glad to have made this spontaneous trip! Looking forward to my next trip to New York, definitely aiming when it’s a lot warmer 🤙🏾
