12 years ago, we were strangers in a gym learning how to defy gravity togeather as we became fast friends. 10 years ago, you became my brother as we talked through and conquered the highs and lows that life threw at us. 8 years ago, you became the parkour and life inspiration to countless students and would forever change their lives for the better. 4 years ago, you refused to let me sit alone as my world at the time shattered. 2 years ago, you embarked on a new journy to embrace change, spread your light, and grow even more. In all of these years we made even more stories, took on extreme adventures and challenges, grew apart and back togeather, and ultimately, you gave the world something that no one else could. Pure love, light, and joy. Your light lives on an will forever in me and in everyone who was fortunate enough to know you, love you, and be loved by you.
Not all family is blood. Family can be any one. Those you share your heart, spirit, asperations, joy, sadness, and anxiety with. We have all shared great excitement as well as great strife, and I can tell you that without you as my family, I would not be the person I am nor in the place that I am in today. Family is forever, and you are my family forever.

This month the Parkour Team returned from the @usaparkour_official CUP in Austin, Texas! They competed amongst some of the nation's best athletes in both Speed and Freestyle formats. Big congratulations goes out to Micah for taking 3rd place in the 12-15 division. And Kingston qualified in the onsite qualifier often considered the toughest of rounds, not to mention this being his first national Parkour competition. Last year, I did not feel good about my speed run. A year with little training and no confidence going in. This year, I felt great. I am stoked with how I did and the confidence I had while running. This competition is a qualifier for the 2024/25 season of the USA Parkour Cup. Divisions and schedule are bellow.

Competitor divisions:
Youth ages: 5-6, 7-8, 9-11
Teen (Young Pros): 12-15
Adults (Pros): 16+
- Male and Female divisions for all age brackets
EVENTS:
-Speed
Competitors will demonstrate efficiency on a custom set speed course. Rules and Warm-up Practice time will be given post check-in.
-Style
Competitors will be given a unique set of obstacles within the designated competition area to perform a series of Parkour skills Judged in difficulty, flow, versatility, and execution.
