Donated 70+ shoes to homeless mens shelters in my neighborhood
And currently donating another 80+ pairs of shoes + bags of clothes to immigrant fathers as well as an abundance of clothes and shoes for less fortunate School kids in Brownsville
That’s 150 pairs+ shoes that we raised and donated for those in need + more then 4 bags of clothes
All In the name of art⭐️
we was able to give back because of y’all
And that’s something I’ll never forget

A photo project dedicated to the support systems, the backbones,the teachers,the listeners, and the ones responsible for laying down the foundation that has elevated black life since the start of our days. Our Black Mothers. Often felt internally,but not expressed nearly enough,I created this photo project as a means to emphasize how important black mothers are to us , and to reiterate that notion for those that might forget to say it. Thank you to Our black mothers,for giving us life,and providing proper direction along the way. The world doesn’t spin without yall. Happy Mother’s Day ❤️

“DRUGS ALMOST KILLED ME”
This is a song I made about a time period where me falling victim to bad habits almost claimed my life more then once. It wasn’t easy but I decided to create a body of work that highlights what I went thru cause why not put da pain in the art. I directed and edited the video to alchemize the pain and make something wavy, turning water into wine. This isn’t a song about pity,moreso about triumph and rising above the madness. I hope yall find joy in this artistry and some inspiration.

This installation is highlighting black teachers who not only prioritize teaching but acknowledge the importance of being a black educator not only for themselves but for the black youth coming after us.
